On August 31^st United Fire Protection Corporation closed on its acquisition of Elite Fire Protection, Inc.

Located in Farmingdale, Long Island, Elite is a 2 million dollar per year company that does mostly inspection, test and maintenance service. There are currently twelve Elite employees. Elite customers will be transitioned to becoming United Fire Protection customers.

The people employed at Elite are very excited about becoming a part of the Unite Fire team.

On May 19^th United Fire Protection Corporation closed on its acquisition of Metro Protection Systems, founded by the late James Goerl.

Metro is a 1.5 million dollar company. They have 150 high quality service contract customers in New York City that generate over a million dollars in inspection contract revenue plus repairs.
